QoL Update Cleanup Patch #2

Just some final bug fixes for a couple of minor issues that were discovered over the weekend:

Fixed issue where "skip boss intro/outro" option was skipping boss cleanup (projectiles, status effects, etc.)
Items like Face Mask will correctly make the player immune to Assassin's Poison effects.
Card Trick & Bang Snap Keepsakes will now display N/A instead of a cost for Enchantment destruction.
